Delaware Licensed Litigation Attorney

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking a Delaware licensed litigation attorney with at least 4 years of civil litigation experience. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, provided they hold a Delaware license. Experience in commercial, employment, or general liability matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic legal team

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware
• Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with commercial, employment, or general liability litigation preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Outstanding professional references

Position Details

• Employment type: Contract/Engagement or Permanent
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
• Location: Remote or hybrid (must be Delaware licensed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized salary range: $175,000 to $205,000 (full-time equivalent)
• Salary based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
• W2 employment status
