Fractional Chief Legal Officer (CLO / GC)

Overview

The organization is seeking a fractional CLO (Chief Legal Officer) to support fundraising by leveraging real investor relationships. This role is designed to help build and close the current round while also providing a long-term leadership seat.

Responsibilities

• Activate and leverage investor relationships to support fundraising efforts.
• Help fill the top of the funnel with relevant investors.
• Support closing the current round through effective engagement.
• Serve as a long-term legal leader, with a focus on investor outreach and relationship-driven fundraising.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to bring real investor relationships that can be activated.
• Experience supporting fundraising efforts, including pipeline building and closing.
• Interest in a long-term seat leading legal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Investor network positioned more toward angels and fund managers (including private equity, family office, and hedge), rather than venture capital firms.
