Fractional General Counsel / Litigation Support Provider Brand Ambassador
Overview
This role is a unique Fractional General Legal Counsel position that also functions as a brand ambassador and sales evangelist for a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of legal professionals, including corporate general counsels and partners from mid to large law firms.
The position involves advocating for the organization by working alongside the C-suite and executive sales team to network with contacts, organize client events such as dinners and entertainment functions, and assist in generating new revenue partnerships. This is a remote role requiring a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar certification.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the organization in collaboration with the C-suite and executive sales team
- Network with legal contacts to support business development
- Organize and coordinate client outings, dinners, and entertainment events
- Support growth initiatives including acquisitions, financing, and partnerships
- Advise owners and executives on legal matters affecting the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active bar certification
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is based on an hourly rate for advocacy and related activities
