GENERAL CORPORATE LAW LATERAL PARTNER

Overview

This role is for an established General Corporate Law attorney joining as a lateral partner (non-equity anticipated), with a minimum portable book of $325,000+. The position leverages the employer’s resources and infrastructure while requiring the candidate to bring and maintain their own practice and client base.

Compensation

• Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities

• Bring and maintain an established General Corporate Law practice and client base
• Leverage the organization’s resources and infrastructure to support ongoing client work
• Demonstrate business-development and origination capabilities to sustain and grow the practice

Qualifications

• Established General Corporate Law practice
• Minimum $325,000+ portable book of business
• Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership
• Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
