Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking experienced General Liability attorneys for its Memphis office. Candidates should have between 4 to 8 years of experience in general liability, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Flexible work arrangements are available, including fully remote, hybrid, and full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Engage in complex litigation matters
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice law in Tennessee
• Minimum of 4 years of general liability experience preferred
• Strong litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Trial experience is preferred
