Interim Tech Transactions Attorney

Overview

An experienced technology transactions attorney is sought for a fully remote position supporting a corporate client. This role involves reviewing and redlining customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS, Master Service Agreements (MSA), and other general software contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate technology-related contracts
• Focus on procurement-related agreements
• Manage agreements such as SaaS contracts, MSAs, and other software agreements

Requirements

• Background in procurement
• Experience with technology transactions and contract review

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $100 per hour
