Labor & Employment (EMEA) Attorney (Remote Secondment)

Overview

A legal staffing organization is seeking a Labor and Employment (EMEA) Attorney for a temporary secondment. This is a fully remote, full-time role lasting approximately 4 months. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of labor and employment experience specifically within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment matters across EMEA
• Support employee relations issues, investigations, leaves, and terminations
• Deliver general HR advisory services

Requirements

• At least 3 years of labor and employment experience in the EMEA region
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Outstanding professional references

Candidates without EMEA labor and employment experience will not be considered.

Position Details

• Engagement type: Temporary contract (approximately 4 months)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized pay range: $140,000 to $170,000 (pro-rated for contract duration and based on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors)
