Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA)

Overview

Labor and employment law practice seeking a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. In this role, you will advise company clients on compliance and represent clients in permitting matters and challenges involving the EPA.

Responsibilities

• Advise company clients on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.
• Handle environmental permitting matters.
• Respond to challenges within the EPA.
• Build and grow a practice through an established portable book of business appropriate to the partner track.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
• Experience handling permitting and EPA challenges.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Portable business to support consideration for an income or equity partner position.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
• Partner compensation available through income and equity partner tracks.
