Legal Consultant - Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products (Remote)

Overview

The organization is seeking a Legal Consultant with Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products experience to provide mid to long-term legal support for a global client focused on digital assets and fintech. This role serves as a key legal point of contact for equity-linked products and related digital-asset-linked solutions, with a remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and tokenized securities/structured/innovative products, supporting initiatives through the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).
• Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts; build program-level documentation where needed.
• Partner with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Liaise with regulators on legal matters relating to equities and tokenized securities products.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Requirements

• 5–12 (+) years PQE with experience in one or both of the following:
  • Structured products / ECM / derivatives or broader capital markets (from in-house or private practice); and/or
  • Cryptocurrency/digital assets or tokenization product experience.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
• Remote work arrangement (full remote).
