Legal Consultant - Digital Products or ECM / Structured Products) - Remote

Overview

The organization is seeking a Legal Consultant with Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products experience to provide mid- to long-term support for a leading global client in digital assets/fintech. This role serves as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity-linked products and is available as a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured / innovative products, supporting initiatives through the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).
• Draft, review, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partner contracts, including building program-level documentation where needed.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel; contribute to internal guidance and training; help develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Requirements

• 5–12 (+) years PQE with experience in one or both of the following:
  • Structured products / ECM / derivatives or broader capital markets, from in-house or private practice; and/or
  • Cryptocurrency / digital assets or tokenization product experience.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
