Legal Consultant - Technology

Overview

A legal practitioner with 2-10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) is sought to advise on a broad range of technology-related legal matters. Experience may be from private practice or in-house roles, covering areas such as e-commerce, cloud computing, FinTech, and other technology products and services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to support internal stakeholders aligned with company objectives
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across multiple business lines
• Draft, review, and negotiate various technology-related agreements, including inbound/outbound licensing, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, and SaaS agreements
• Advise on legal issues related to the development, implementation, and use of existing and new technology products and services as needed

Requirements

• 2-10 years PQE as a legal practitioner specializing in technology law
• Experience advising on technology-related legal matters such as e-commerce, cloud, FinTech, or other technology products and services
• Background in private practice or in-house legal teams
