Legal Consultant - Technology
Overview
A global legal services organization is seeking Legal Consultants with experience in technology law or the tech sector to support Fortune 500 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders directly on a wide variety of technology transactions.
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to clients' technology agreements.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals involving large global technology companies.
- Offer practical legal advice and support on commercial matters in a dynamic environment.
- Advise on legal issues related to the development, implementation, and use of technology products connected to the organization's products and services.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with ideally a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in technology law and commercial contracts within the tech sector.
