Legal Operations Professional with AI Experience

Overview

A software company is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist with significant experience in technology and artificial intelligence (AI) for a contract project expected to last at least three months. This is a part-time, fully remote position based in the United States, starting in July.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contracts management
• Support records management and compliance efforts
• Manage various legal operations-related project tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience at a technology company
• Experience using contract management software such as Spotdraft, Ironclad, or similar tools
• Experience working on AI projects and utilizing AI tools

Position Details

• Engagement type: Contract, expected duration of at least three months
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Location: Fully remote within the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized pay range (full-time equivalent): $90,000 to $125,000, based on factors including experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions
