Overview

This role is an existing vacancy.

The organization is seeking a Legal Solutions Architect to serve as an in-house legal expert and product strategist. The position sits at the intersection of legal practice, product design, and sales enablement, and is ideal for a transactional lawyer looking to move beyond the billable hour.

You will partner closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure the solution addresses real-world challenges faced by lawyers, helping translate transactional workflows into practical product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Join sales calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert.
  • Support Account Executives through training, tailored guidance, and strategy.
  • Develop playbooks and training materials for in-house legal teams.
  • Convert training materials into product training packs, comprehensive documentation, and thought-leadership content.
  • Represent the organization in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events.
  • Translate transactional workflows into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Participate in feature discovery, development, and testing; translate customer insights into clear product requirements.
  • Support other responsibilities and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.
  • Deep familiarity with contract negotiation, drafting, and review workflows.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models within the modern AI landscape.
  • Strong product instincts and a self-starter who can build, iterate, and drive progress independently.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and external customers.
  • Strong communicator with experience presenting to legal and business audiences (bonus if experience includes leading CLEs or training).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or at a legal tech or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with sales processes or customer enablement in a B2B setting.
  • Technical curiosity or experience working with product/engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Access to company-paid group benefits for you and your family, with $1,000 towards mental health support.
  • Secure a stake in success through competitive stock option grants as a pivotal early employee.
  • Holiday closure with generous time off policies throughout the year.
  • Monthly paid meals, an annual wellness allowance, and parental leave top-ups as your family grows.

Compensation bands are established using industry benchmark data. The salary range reflects the expected total wage range for the role—including base salary and on-target commissions, where applicable—and may span multiple career levels. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, skills, scope, and role level. Total rewards may include equity and health and wellness benefits, plus other company programs. Full details will be shared during the interview process.
