Litigation Attorney

Overview

A litigation attorney role is available to work remotely with Fortune 100 clients on contract basis, providing legal support and managing litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters and advise clients on solutions.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Manage litigation and oversee outside counsel.
• Collaborate with in-house client teams to provide guidance on corporate policies and litigation issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience, preferably within an in-house corporate environment.
• Ability to work full-time remotely for corporate clients on contract.
• Active bar license in the state of residence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing litigation materials databases.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle a heavy workload.
• Advanced legal writing and research skills with the ability to deliver complex legal analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
• Compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
