Litigation Attorney

Overview

The organization is seeking a dedicated, driven attorney to join its Litigation team. This role is fully remote and requires a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a drive to contribute to the success of both the team and clients.

• Must reside in Georgia

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Competencies

• Georgia Bar Admission
• 5+ years of recent insurance defense experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• Must meet billing goal expectations
