Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Overview

A well-established law firm specializing in complex construction, business, and employment litigation is seeking a Litigation Attorney. The firm handles multi-million dollar projects, personal injury defense, environmental claims, and product liability cases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills
• Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Represent clients in court by presenting evidence and arguments
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Arizona state bar; membership in Colorado bar is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense
• Experience in construction law or business-related matters preferred but not required
• Experience working with insurance clients preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
