Paralegal with a talent for customer service (LegalTech)

Overview

This role supports customers within the Customer Success team by helping users achieve their desired outcomes. It combines paralegal work—such as legal research and drafting—with customer service, technical support guidance, and lead support in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Applications will be accepted over the next two months, with the right candidate appointed as soon as an ideal fit is found.

Responsibilities

Legal Drafting/Review

• Draft legal language for written agreements based on customer requirements.
• Prepare required documents, which will then be checked by your manager before being shared with the client.

Customer Service

• Respond to requests from users and leads, including questions about services and how to manage a customer account.
• Ensure requests are handled quickly and correctly as part of a full service model.

Tech Setup Support

• Support customers with setting up connections between their source code management platform.
• Ensure administration is completed correctly on the organization’s side.

Sales Support

• Assist leads with questions by providing guidance about the service from the first contact onward.
• Support lead and customer communication via email and website chat.

Report Drafting

• For customers who need inspection of information they provide, draft reports and send them back.

Requirements

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms.
• Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent adaptation and multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies across varying sizes and industries.
