Process Server - Bay County

Overview

Seeking Certified Process Servers for Bay County, Florida. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering flexible scheduling and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents in Bay County.
• Use proprietary mobile apps to update information, capture GPS photos, and log service attempts.
• Make up to five service attempts per case, including varied times such as weekends and evenings.
• Plan routes efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Maintain positive interactions with recipients.
• Attempt cases at least every 72 hours.
• Scan and submit completed worksheets daily.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Process Server in Bay County, Florida.
• Commitment to honesty and accuracy.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with mobile applications; all work is conducted through proprietary apps.
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Residence within or near Bay County preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay is per completed job regardless of outcome.
• Flexible schedule.

Schedule

• Shifts of 4 or 8 hours.
• Day shifts.
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Location

• Bay County, Florida (required).
• Work location is remote with travel within the county as needed.
