Product Attorney
Overview
An innovative global technology organization is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to support a high-growth business line focused on expanding a two-sided marketplace platform. This role operates at the intersection of product, operations, and business teams, providing legal advice on new initiatives, growth strategies, and user-facing features.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where legal plays a key role in enabling the business. The role involves close partnership with product managers and business stakeholders to navigate complex legal issues, provide practical guidance, and help scale legal support through efficient frameworks and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on product development, operations, and business initiatives
- Advise on growth strategies and user-facing features within a two-sided marketplace platform
- Collaborate closely with product managers and business teams to address complex legal issues
- Develop and implement efficient legal frameworks and processes to support business scaling
Requirements
- Strong product counseling experience within a technology-driven organization
- Ability to manage a high volume of work with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience advising on consumer protection, marketing/advertising, privacy, or platform-related legal issues
Contract Details
- Project start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months with likelihood of extension
- Work arrangement: Fully remote
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $105 to $110 (based on qualifications, skillset, experience, client needs, and project requirements)
