Remote Attorney (Family / Civil / Probate / Criminal) — Milwaukee | $100k–$150k + Bonus

Overview

This role is for an attorney position with trial experience. The organization provides legal services across multiple practice areas, including family law, probate and guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and immigration.

Job Details

• Remote except court
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
• Starting pay range: $100,000 to $175,000 based on experience and production

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation and handle matters within the organization’s practice areas, with a focus on trial experience.
• Manage caseload responsibilities across at least two relevant areas (as outlined in the Requirements section).
• Work in a hybrid capacity, with remote work supported except for court attendance.
• Meet reasonable hours and billing requirements.

Requirements

• Trial experience
• At least 3 years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Family Law
  • Civil Litigation
  • Probate and Guardianship
• Wisconsin license is required
