Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

This role is for an attorney to join a growing legal team handling matters across multiple practice areas, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and immigration.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters with a focus on trial work
• Manage cases in at least two of the following areas:
  • Family Law
  • Civil Litigation
  • Probate and Guardianship
• Participate in court appearances (position is remote except court)

Requirements

• Trial experience
• At least 3 years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Family Law
  • Civil Litigation
  • Probate and Guardianship
• Wisconsin license is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across additional practice areas is a plus (family law, probate/guardianship, estate planning, business representation, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, immigration)
