Senior Contruction/Trial Attorney

Overview

This role is for a Senior Construction/Trial Attorney (Remote) with 10+ years of experience in Insurance Defense. The position supports a growing practice serving Boston, MA and/or New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Defend a variety of Insurance Defense matters, including:
  • General Liability
  • Personal Injury
  • Product Liability
  • Professional Liability
• (Preferred) Handle matters independently from suit inception through settlement or trial.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience
• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Experience with Insurance Defense

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda
• Experience summarizing depositions and trial preparation
• Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial

Required Education & Licensure

• Active New Hampshire Bar License (Required)
• Active Massachusetts Bar License (Preferred)
• Ability to waive into another bar and maintain multiple bars is ideal; candidates with only one bar will be considered
