Location

Compensation
- Salary range: $175,000 – $235,000 annually
- Bonus potential: $20,000 – $55,000+
Responsibilities
- Manage a manageable caseload with support to meet goals
- Maintain a flexible billable target of 180–220 hours per month
- Handle workers’ compensation defense cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required
- Experience in workers’ compensation defense preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team
