Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Defense)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with support to help meet goals
• Maintain a flexible billable target of 180–220 hours per month
• Handle cases independently while collaborating within a team environment

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $175,000 to $235,000, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus potential of $20,000 to $55,000+
