Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Defense)

Overview

An established workers’ compensation defense firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing team. This position offers competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive environment for attorneys aiming to build a long-term career in workers’ compensation defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation defense cases independently while collaborating within a team
• Meet flexible billable targets ranging from 180 to 220 hours per month
• Maintain strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively handle cases

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Experience in workers’ compensation defense preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $175,000 and $235,000, commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonus potential ranging from $20,000 to $55,000+
