Associate Attorney - Data Breach & Privacy Class Actions (REMOTE)
Overview
A nationwide plaintiff law firm specializing in various practice areas is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Data Breach & Privacy Class Actions team. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of data breach and privacy class action cases
- Participate in litigation related to data breach and privacy issues
Requirements
- Experience in data breach and privacy class action law
- Familiarity with different types of data breach cases
- Experience with pixel privacy class actions is a plus
- Comfortable working fully remote
- Litigation experience

- Base salary range: $110,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonus (based on experience)
