Overview

A growing legal practice is seeking an experienced litigator with at least one year of litigation experience to join their team. This role involves managing state court litigation with a preference for candidates who also have federal court experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage state court litigation cases
• Draft legal documents including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
• Develop business acumen alongside legal practice

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
• Proven experience managing state court litigation; federal court experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a significant advantage

Compensation & Benefits
