The organization is seeking an experienced attorney to join its West Des Moines, Iowa office and practice in workers' compensation defense. This role supports a growing practice and involves managing cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workers' compensation defense caseload with independence
• Successfully try cases, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with all assigned clients
• Participate in marketing and business development opportunities within the firm
• Engage in a collaborative team atmosphere
• Utilize available technology to manage clients effectively and efficiently within a paperless work environment

Requirements

• Experience practicing in workers' compensation defense
• Ability to try cases and handle depositions and mediations
• Strong relationship-building skills with assigned clients
