A confidential, industry-leading organization in the insurance and risk management sector is seeking a legal invoice reviewer. This fully remote position is open to candidates across the United States. The role focuses on reviewing legal invoices to ensure compliance with billing guidelines, collaborating with law firms and clients to maintain billing accuracy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review legal and non-legal invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Apply client-specific billing guidelines and industry standards
• Communicate with law firms regarding billing discrepancies
• Manage invoice workflows efficiently and independently
• Approve invoices for payment after detailed review
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets
• Support development and refinement of billing protocols

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance defense or complex litigation
• Strong understanding of legal billing practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000
