Overview
An international law firm is seeking senior lawyers to join its collaborative and modern legal practice. The firm operates across more than 25 jurisdictions with over 360 partners, providing comprehensive legal advice through a flexible and entrepreneurial model.
Responsibilities
- Run and grow your own legal practice within a supportive international firm infrastructure
- Manage your practice autonomously, including decisions on where, when, and how you work
- Collaborate across borders and benefit from a strong referral culture
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative international legal community
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience as a recognized expert in your legal field
- Active bar license in any U.S. state with no restrictions
- Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow your practice, either individually or by building a team
- Established or developing client following
- Commitment to collaboration and sharing opportunities with colleagues
Recruitment Process
- Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- First meeting with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction
- Second meeting with another member of management or a colleague from a relevant location or practice area
- Background checks
- Onboarding and training on systems, including introductions to support teams (marketing, accounts, technology)
Meetings may be held virtually or in person depending on candidate location and availability.
