Middle Legal Counsel

Overview

The organization is seeking a Middle Legal Counsel to support legal matters across its international operations. This role covers areas including commercial contracting, data protection, and day-to-day legal questions, with collaboration across internal teams and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including contracts with payment providers, business partners, and service providers
• Support day-to-day legal operations and handle legal requests from different departments
• Review and update legal documentation, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and other internal and external documents
• Support GDPR compliance and handle matters related to personal data protection
• Identify and assess potential legal risks across the company’s jurisdictions and business operations
• Prepare legal responses to requests from users, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate with international partners, external legal advisors, and service providers
• Support corporate and intellectual property matters, including trademark registration
• Assist with improving internal legal processes and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an international product or technology company
• University degree in Law
• Solid knowledge of international commercial and contract law, including hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Good understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset, independence, and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust)
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, or e-commerce products
