Commercial Auto/Trucking, Premises, and General Liability Attorneys
Overview
This role involves Commercial Auto/Trucking, Premises, and General Liability litigation in the firm’s Westchester office.
The employer is seeking experienced attorneys with a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience. All experience levels are welcome to apply. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation skills, writing ability, and persuasive speaking skills, along with strong research skills and a solid academic background. Self-starters who can manage assignments with minimal supervision are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters involving Commercial Auto/Trucking, Premises, and General Liability
- Conduct legal research and prepare written work product
- Develop persuasive oral advocacy skills
- Participate in appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Manage assignments with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience (all experience levels welcome)
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New York
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research and writing
- Excellent litigation and persuasive speaking skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate as a team player
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and tailored based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
The employer’s current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
