Attorney - Partner (Remote-first)

Overview

The organization is growing its collaborative international practice and is seeking senior lawyers who want to practise in a values-led, modern, and supportive environment.

This role supports lawyers who are ready to run and grow their own practice within an international network, with autonomy over where, when, and how work is performed. The organization provides practice management support, assistance with accounts and marketing, and office facilities across its international locations.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow your own practice within a supportive international firm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
• An active bar license (any state) with no restrictions.
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis.
• Recognized expertise in your field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to run your own practice, either as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.
• Established or developing client following and commitment to building long-term client relationships.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work alongside like-minded colleagues and contribute to a supportive international community.

Recruitment Process

• Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
• First meeting with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Second meeting with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area.
• Background checks.
• Onboarding & training on systems and meetings with members of the support team (including marketing, accounts, and technology).

Meetings may be held virtually or in person, depending on candidate location & availability.
