Recruiting AI Use (Transparency)
The employer uses AI-powered tools to support administrative aspects of recruiting, such as organizing applications and surfacing candidate information for review. Some interviews may also be recorded and transcribed using an AI note-taking tool to support accurate note-taking. These tools do not score, analyze, or evaluate candidates and do not make hiring decisions; no candidate is advanced, screened out, or otherwise dispositioned without review by a human recruiting team member. Candidates may request a non-recorded conversation. Requests for reasonable accommodations or alternative application processes can be made at any stage.
