Civil Litigation Attorneys

Overview

This role offers immediate openings for Civil Litigation Attorneys in the Orange County office. The position is open to candidates with 3+ years of experience, and all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Flexible work options may be available, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements.

Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in both State and Federal courts across the country.
• Lead complex ESI discovery processes, ensuring defensible and efficient data management.
• Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories.
• Leverage AI-based legal tools to streamline document review, research, and drafting.
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision as a self-starter.
• Support litigation through strong research, writing, and persuasive speaking.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven skills in legal research and writing.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to work as a driven team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range:

• USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.

Current national base salary ranges:

• Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
