Overview

An organization is seeking a lawyer with 5+ years’ experience to support a national fast-casual restaurant chain for a 6 month engagement.

Work will be performed remotely, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. The preferred pricing model is hourly, with a budget of $100 - $110 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts
• Provide particular emphasis on food supply chain contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience
• Experience with Commercial Contracts
• Ability to work part-time for 20 hours per week
• Must be employed through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement

Compensation & Benefits

• $100 - $110 per hour (hourly rate)
