Commercial Litigation Attorneys
Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking associate and senior counsel attorneys to join its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. These positions are available immediately.
Ideal candidates are driven, collaborative professionals with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills. Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds and proven research capabilities. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation matters within the practice group
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Engage in client interactions and provide legal advice
- Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial and professional environment
Requirements
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills
- Excellent writing and research abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong academic credentials
Preferred Qualifications
- Trial experience is advantageous but not mandatory
