Responsibilities

Partner closely with business, compliance, and finance stakeholders
Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements related to fintech, payments, and digital asset products
Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, stepping into active workflows to make an immediate impact
Utilize AI and legal technology tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve efficiency and contract management

Requirements

Assignment Details

Start date: May 15th

Remote position with preference for candidates aligned to East Coast hours
Ideally located in New York, New Jersey, or Ohio
40 hours per week
Hourly rate: $110 to $112 (based on qualifications, skillset, experience, client needs, and project requirements)
