Complex Litigation Attorneys

Overview

The organization is seeking attorneys for its expanding Cleveland office. Candidates must have 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience. Flexible work options are available, including fully remote and hybrid opportunities.

This position focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Perform and support sophisticated motion practice and/or appellate practice (preferred)
• Participate in depositions and related litigation activities (preferred)
• Provide superior client service throughout the matters assigned

Requirements

• 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience
• Excellent academic background
• Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
• Self-starter who can manage key litigation tasks with limited supervision
• Licensed in Ohio

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions
• Trial experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.

The organization’s current national base salary ranges include:

• Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

Cleveland office (with options including fully remote and hybrid opportunities).
