Complex Litigation Attorneys

Overview

The organization is seeking attorneys for its expanding Columbus office. Candidates must have 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience.

This role will focus on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Develop and support case strategy in areas including complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation
• Participate in sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions (strongly preferred)
• Deliver superior client service

Requirements

• 2–5 years of substantial litigation experience
• Licensed in Ohio
• Excellent academic background
• Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
• Self-starter capable of managing key litigation responsibilities with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions
• Trial experience

Current national base salary ranges:

• Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
