Contract Business Immigration Attorney

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious global law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The role focuses on business immigration matters including H-1B, immigrant visas (IV), and non-immigrant visas (NIV). This is a remote position requiring availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume caseload involving H-1B, NIV, IV, O-1, EB-1, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions
• Support the legal team remotely
• Prepare and draft immigration cases
• Communicate regularly with team members to coordinate case management

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
• Admission to a U.S. State Bar or pending admission
• Experience handling a broad range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, IV, NIV, and related visa categories
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent case management skills
