Overview

A fast-paced and innovative technology company is seeking a Product Counsel on a contract basis to support a dynamic, high-growth business environment. This role is suited for attorneys with significant experience advising on advanced product matters, especially in areas such as AdTech, AI products and governance, automotive technology, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on product-related issues within a high-growth technology setting
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders in an agile and rapidly evolving environment
• Support governance and compliance related to AI and other emerging technologies

Requirements

• Significant experience as product counsel in technology companies
• Background advising on product matters in AdTech, AI, automotive technology, and/or e-commerce
• Comfortable working in early- or late-stage tech companies
• Ability to partner effectively with product and business teams in fast-paced settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within automotive technology is a plus
