Litigation Attorney

Overview

The organization is seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys (Managing & Senior levels) for a permanent position at a collections-focused law firm.

This role is primarily remote, with onsite court appearances as required. Collections litigation experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from beginning to end
• Handle collections litigation matters, including litigation and motion practice
• Conduct and manage discovery
• Support trial preparation and trial experience
• Perform document review and execution
• Communicate with clients and meet client processing requirements

Requirements

• Collections litigation experience required
• Licensed to practice in the state of Pensylvania
• Must be admitted in the state of Pennsylvania

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90000-150000/Yr
• Employment Type: Permanent
