Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

This mid-level professional position is on the Research Operations Contracting team. The Research Contracts Manager is responsible for the review, negotiation, or preparation, tracking, and finalization of clinical trial agreements (excluding the study budget). This role collaborates with appropriate Research Operations teams (especially Budget teams) and local program administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements, or prepare them as needed
• Track contract status and support movement through the end-to-end contracting process
• Finalize clinical trial agreements
• Collaborate with Research Operations teams, especially Budget teams
• Partner with local program administrative teams to support contract execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years of contract review and negotiation experience, with experience related to privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or IP

Preferred Qualifications

• J.D.
