Criminal Licenced Attorney Texas or Florida(Independent Contractor)

Overview

The organization is seeking licensed attorneys to participate on its platform as independent contractors. This is not an employment position and does not include employee benefits. Participating attorneys maintain full professional independence and are responsible for complying with all applicable licensing requirements and professional regulations in their jurisdiction.

Attorneys may choose to respond to customer inquiries submitted through the platform and provide legal information or guidance via secure chat or phone. This flexible engagement model allows participants to supplement an existing practice while maintaining full control over scheduling and participation level.

Responsibilities

Participating attorneys have full control over:

• Setting their own availability
• Choosing which customer questions to answer
• Engaging with clients via chat or phone
• Providing legal insight remotely
• Determining how often they participate

There are no long-term commitments required.

Optional tools (entirely optional) may be available to support workflow and client communication, including:

• Practice management features
• Client intake and communication tools
• Optional access to client inquiries submitted through the platform

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to provide guidance in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is provided on a per-engagement basis for completed interactions.
• Compensation varies depending on the nature of the engagement and applicable jurisdictional factors.
• Payments are issued on a monthly basis.
• There are no fees to apply or join the platform.
