Employee Benefits Attorney

Overview

A well-established regional law firm with a national presence is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney for its Upstate New York offices. Remote work arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal expertise in all areas of employee benefits law, including ERISA.
• Advise on the design, establishment, maintenance, and operation of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with employee benefits laws, regulations, and related requirements.
• Deliver excellent client service with strong initiative.

Requirements

• Four to ten years of experience practicing Employee Benefits law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong academic background.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual base salary range: $139,000 – $192,000, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
