Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos Attorneys

Overview

The organization has immediate openings in its Miami office for Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys with 4–8 years’ experience. This role involves working closely with its Chicago Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys.

This position is open to hybrid and fully remote candidates.

Candidates should be driven team players with strong litigation skills, legal writing, persuasive speaking abilities, a strong academic background, proven research capabilities, and the ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence
• Attend court conferences
• Handle investigations and discovery, including depositions
• Provide “hit-the-ground-running” litigation support from the start

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in Florida
• 4–8 years’ experience as an attorney
