ESG Attorney
Overview
An organization is seeking experienced ESG Attorneys to support top Fortune 500 clients with environmental, social, and governance legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Stay current with evolving ESG regulations and industry best practices to provide compliance guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business decision-making
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Draft and review ESG-related disclosures, reports, and communications
- Advise clients on ESG matters and assist in setting ESG targets and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience focused on environmental, social, and governance issues
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead ESG initiatives
- Experience with EU regulatory requirements is a plus
- Experience working with industrial and technology sector clients is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
