Responsibilities
- Provide legal services in areas relevant to growing companies, including but not limited to litigation, intellectual property, regulatory, corporate, and employment law.
- Utilize AI tools actively in legal practice to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Produce clean, sophisticated legal work product.
- Communicate clearly with direct recommendations and appropriate caveats.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and know when to involve others.
- Build relationships and earn trust with non-legal stakeholders such as business and product teams.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Strong substantive experience in a practice area relevant to growing companies.
- Experience advising or working with high-growth technology or emerging companies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or improving legal intake, playbook, or contracting processes.
- Interest in developing or leading a specific vertical or subject matter area.
- Experience mentoring junior attorneys or contributing meaningfully to team development.
Work Environment
- Remote-first role with periodic in-person on-site meetings for collaboration, planning, and team events.

- Base salary, equity, and benefits eligibility depend on the specific role and level once a fit is identified.
